What makes a corrugated warehouse so special?
The problem with storing and transporting corrugated board is that there’s a high volume of movement for a relatively low weight. In addition, corrugated board is very delicate. With this in mind, the optimal solution is a high-bay warehouse capable of exploiting the full height of the storage area.

How it works
Finished palletised goods are stored in fully automated silo-structure high-bay warehouses. Here, the use of telescopic forks or channel vehicles makes multi-deep pallet storage possible. The storage and retrieval machines are capable of simultaneously transporting several pallets. These innovative high-bay warehouses can flexibly store finished items of all sizs, and up to twelve lower pallets can be stored gently and damage-free.
We can realise high-bay warehouses with building height of up to 45 meters and pallet capacities between 7,000 and 70,000 units with a very small footprint. Connection to the warehouse can be either by careful, high-quality conveyor technology or modern electric overhead/floor conveyors.
