At the end of the year, the team led by HÖRMANN Intralogistics Business Unit Manager AutoStore Robert Heinz was able to put the icing on the cake of successful business year 2023, which already marked the 50th AutoStore installation and delivery of the 1000th AutoStore® robot. The Munich-based intralogistics experts will implement three new systems with with the reliability, quality and timeliness customers value.

HÖRMANN Intralogistics partners with @Hoval heat pumps to implement an advanced automated logistics and storage system in Slovakia. This project includes a pallet high-bay warehouse, a conveyor system and an AutoStore for small parts to increase efficiency and output. This is the third multi-solution warehouse for HÖRMANN Intralogistics and also the third collaboration for the high demand sustainable energy sector.

The 50th AutoStore® system from HÖRMANN Intralogistics is also the second refrigerated and room temperature micro-fulfillment solution for flaschenpost.

HÖRMANN Intralogistics builds for the first time a micro-fulfillment solution with two combined AutoStore® systems, the connecting conveyor technology and the necessary cooling system for the online supermarket flaschenpost.de at the site in Langenfeld (Rhineland) in an existing property.

For the new intralogistics project "Logistics Repair Center Ahorn" of Kärcher Reinigungsysteme, HÖRMANN Intralogistics has received

The positive business development of geomix GmbH and the convincing economic efficiency of the AutoStore® solution have led to an expansion order at the end of 2022.

Our subsidiary "Klatt Fördertechnik GmbH" has been renamed "HÖRMANN Klatt Conveyors GmbH".

The company"HÖRMANN Klatt Conveyors" continues to operate as a completely independent company under the management of Mr. Peter Klatt and Mr. Florian Pöckl.

Microfulfillment involves the lightning-fast delivery of consumer goods through smaller logistics centers located close to cities.
As a pioneer of this megatrend, we were able to win a first project in Germany for a beverage and food supplier. Using the proven CubeStorage system AutoStore®, around 20,000 containers will be managed fully automatically from mid-2023.

For further expansion, a new logistics center is being built at the headquarters in Matrei, East Tyrol. In the first construction stage, an innovative AutoStore® small parts warehouse is being built. The second stage will be followed by the new pallet high-bay warehouse, the connecting conveyor technology and the central picking workstations, which will be served from both warehouses. The contract for the realization of the overall solution, including the HiLIS WMS system for both automated and manual warehouses, was awarded to HÖRMANN Intralogistics.

HÖRMANN Intralogistics is pleased to have received an order from MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller SE & Co.KG. In a planned new building in the Wolfertschwenden industrial park in Unterallgäu, a fully automated AutoStore system covering 1,500 m² with a total of 54,000 containers will in future handle small parts handling within the spare parts logistics of the packaging machine specialist.
